Chagee Modern Teahouse Coming to Downtown Walnut Creek
Popular Chinese tea chain Chagee Modern Teahouse is headed to downtown Walnut Creek! Often compared to the Starbucks of tea, Chagee will open at 1500 Mt. Diablo Boulevard, between Slice House and the future Bacio di Latte gelato shop. Known for its fresh milk teas brewed from whole tea leaves, matcha drinks, and refreshing tea blends, Chagee has more than 6,000 locations worldwide. Chagee has not yet announced an opening date.
Eve Wellness Bringing AI-Powered Breast Screening to Walnut Creek
San Francisco-based Eve Wellness is opening its second Bay Area location on Thursday, October 15, at 1844 San Miguel Drive, near Broadway Plaza. The clinic offers 20-minute, radiation-free 3D breast ultrasound screenings supported by FDA-approved AI technology, with no doctor’s referral required. Screenings cost $349, with physician-read results available within 24–48 hours. Since launching in 2022, Eve has screened more than 4,000 women. The Walnut Creek opening marks the company's first step toward expanding into additional communities.
Appointments are now available through Eve Wellness. The ultrasound service is intended as supplemental screening and does not replace routine mammograms.
🍨 Bacio di Latte Announces December 11 Grand Opening in Walnut Creek!
The wait is almost over! Popular Italian gelato shop Bacio di Latte is planning its grand opening for December 11, 2026, according to Bay Area Telegraph, with the possibility of opening even sooner! Located at 1500 Mt. Diablo Boulevard in downtown Walnut Creek, the shop will feature more than 22 gelato flavors, fruit sorbets, decadent Ciocchino desserts, and an affogato bar. Just in time for the holiday shopping season!
